Welcome to Darthsig Collectibles. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below. We work hard to describe, photograph, pack, and ship every item with care so collectors can buy with confidence.

Product Descriptions & Condition

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, titles, photos, grades, and condition notes for each item. Please review all listing photos carefully before purchasing, as photos are considered part of the item description.

For raw comics, condition grades are our best estimate and are not guaranteed by a third-party grading company unless specifically stated. For graded comics, the grade listed is based on the certification label from the grading company shown in the photos.

Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change at any time. Items are available while supplies last and may be listed across multiple platforms. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after purchase due to inventory sync delays or listing errors. If this happens, we will issue a full refund.

Orders & Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders are not considered final until payment has been successfully completed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, inventory issue, or other concern that prevents us from safely or accurately completing the transaction.

Shipping

Orders are packed with care and respect for the collectibles. Raw comics are typically shipped in protective comic mailers, and graded slabs are shipped with appropriate padding and protection.

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier service, destination, weather, holidays, or other delays outside our control. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier.

Combined Shipping

We are happy to combine shipping when possible. Combined shipping availability may depend on item size, weight, packaging needs, and the platform where the order was placed.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. No restocking fee will be charged for returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or does not match the listing, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and work toward a fair resolution.

Collector Items & Market Value

Comic books and collectibles can fluctuate in value over time. We do not guarantee future resale value, investment performance, grading outcomes, or market demand for any item purchased.

Intellectual Property

All store branding, listing text, product descriptions, images, and related content created by Darthsig Collectibles may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without permission.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will apply to future purchases and use of the store after the updated terms are posted.
