Shipping Policy
At Darthsig Collectibles, we pack every order with care and respect for the books. Raw comics are shipped securely in protective comic mailers, and graded slabs are packed with appropriate padding and protection.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
During high-volume periods, carrier delays, weather events, or holidays, processing and delivery times may vary slightly.
Preferred Shipping Carrier
We primarily ship using USPS whenever possible. Depending on the size, weight, value, destination, or shipping service selected, we may use another carrier when it better protects the order or improves delivery reliability.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Combined Shipping
We are happy to combine shipping when possible. Combined shipping depends on item size, weight, packaging requirements, and whether the items can be safely shipped together.
Packaging
We take packaging seriously.
Raw comics are typically shipped using sturdy comic mailers such as Gemini-style mailers or similar protective packaging. Graded comics are shipped with protective padding and boxed to help reduce movement during transit.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Darthsig Collectibles. Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. For damaged items, please keep the item, packaging, and shipping label, and provide photos so we can review the issue and work toward a fair resolution.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Darthsig Collectibles is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
